If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within a week of purchase. Exchanges can be made by shipping the item back to us or visiting any of our local stores. Initial shipping is free; however, shipping charges may apply for exchanges. Unworn and unaltered watches with original packaging and documents can be exchanged within week days. Watch warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Watches cannot be exchanged for jewelry pieces.

All products must be returned in the original condition. Special orders, customized items (sized, engraved, etc.), or used merchandise are not eligible for refund.

Free gifts included with your purchase must be returned alongside the item. Returns missing any free gift, original packaging, or documentation cannot be refunded.
